How long does it take to process my order?

It takes about 1-2 days to process and ship your order for products that are made and/or stored in house (stickers, stationery, and keychains).

For our apparel and tote bags, please allow 3-5 days for order processing before shipping as they are produced and shipped by our partner manufacturer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us in a timely manner.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Please note: the First Class Mail shipping option does not support tracking. However, you will still receive a notification that lets you know when your order has been shipped!

Why does my tracking number say delivered but I haven't received it yet?

If you've been notified that your order has been delivered but you have not received it yet, please wait a few days for your order to actually arrive. Sometimes the USPS system is delayed/incorrect.

If you still have not received your order, you will need to contact your local USPS for assistance. Click here for more info. Once your package has left the care of Meli & Olive, we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen items.
